Lifters Shine at Meet

El Campo’s powerlifting team ranked third in a recent competition, with two members, Aidan Garcia and Camdyn Phillips, winning their weight classes. Man Stabbed in Victoria

The police in Victoria got a call about a fight at Crockett Ave. They found a 61-year-old man stabbed near Sam Houston and Ben Jordan. The woman says she acted in self-defense. The man was taken to the hospital and is now stable – according to a Monday police report.
