News Staff An 18-year-old arrested by Victoria Police on April 9th now faces more charges. Zachary Gonzales faces five charges, including theft of a firearm and resisting arrest. He’s also a suspect in a shooting in Bloomington. Gonzales is in Victoria County jail on an $85,000 bond.
