Bay City police arrested a teen after a drive-by shooting on Baywood Drive late Sunday night, believed to have stemmed from an online gaming argument. Officers responded around 11:27 p.m. after multiple 911 calls reported eight to ten gunshots. A home was hit, but no one inside was injured. Video footage helped police identify the suspect’s vehicle. The Matagorda County Sheriff’s Office assisted, locating the teen within four hours. The suspect was taken to a juvenile facility on charges of deadly conduct and child endangerment. The investigation continues.
