The Bay City community is invited to support cancer survivors and their loved ones at the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life, happening on Saturday, from 4 to 11 p.m. at the Bay City Junior High track. The event features family-friendly activities, including a kiddie corner, and symbolizes the endurance needed in cancer treatment. It begins with survivors leading the first lap, followed by caregivers and supporters. With ceremonies of remembrance, like the luminary lighting, the night aims to connect and inspire all who have faced or are facing cancer.
