Wharton County residents living outside city limits should contact the Emergency Management Office if Hurricane Beryl debris hasn’t been collected. Those on state highways or farm-to-market roads can expect state crews soon, currently working in Matagorda County. Only vegetative and limited construction debris will be removed.
