In Victoria, Ryan Shepherd, 39, was arrested for assaulting his parents. The incident happened after an argument at their home. Shepherd had been staying with his parents and, upon their return from getting food, began arguing with his father. Both parents reported feeling pain after being struck in the face by Shepherd. He’s now in custody at the Victoria County Jail.
