On the evening of April 12th, a disturbing incident took place at the Bay City Parks and Recreation City Field. A lady was assaulted by two unknown females while she had stopped at the field with her dog. The victim assumed the park would be a safe place for her to take a break, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. The victim suffered several injuries and had to seek medical attention. The Bay City Police Department has requested that if anyone has information related to the assault, contact Detective Richard Morales.
