At Wharton High’s graduation at Eddie Joseph Memorial Stadium Thursday night, Grace Simper and Clayton Snow, the valedictorian and salutatorian, addressed the crowd. Grace, who was an officer in the Tiger Stars drill team, will attend Texas A&M University to study international affairs with a scholarship.
