A 20-year-old man named Marco Jacquez is facing murder charges for fatally shooting 29 year old Jesse Ray Rogers at Cleveland Municipal Airport last Thursday. Jacquez used to work at Lone Star Aviation Services which provides aircraft maintenance at the airport. He was arrested less than 4 hours later after the incident in the Eagle Lake area when the police stopped his vehicle. According to reports, Jacquez approached Rogers, who was talking to another man, holding a shotgun and demanded he get in his car. Rogers refused and was immediately shot in the chest and face.
