Bay City is launching a free ArtWalk at the public library to celebrate both reading and art. The event, called Library of Artists, will showcase works from local and visiting artists. It’s set for April 27th at Bay City Public Library, offering activities like artist booths, Sip ‘n Paint classes, and live music by Alan Reyes outside the library.
