The Luther Hotel in Palacios has been saved! Local hero Nick Herrman and his team got the green light from the court to restore it into a hotel, restaurant, spa, and pool. Thanks to the Palacios Preservation Association, they stopped the demolition and made this happen. This renovated hotel will boost tourism in our area. City officials are fully on board, and the restoration begins soon. Exciting times ahead for Palacios!
