Palacios Marine Agriculture Research, established by the Ed Rachal Foundation, aims to distribute 15 billion oysters along the Texas coast by 2025. The organization believes that oysters can improve the health and productivity of our bays. The Ed Rachal Foundation bought the Luther Hotel in Palacios last year.
