This Saturday, the Wharton County Stray Pet Outreach Team is hosting a kitten adoption event at Tractor Supply Co. in Wharton from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The kittens, aged three to four months, have been vet-checked and vaccinated. The adoption fee is $75 for one kitten or $125 for two, covering all vet expenses and neutering. A $50 deposit is required per adoption, refundable once the kitten is neutered.
