El Campo EMS and volunteer firefighter responders found a 71-year-old El Campo man dead in his Dodge Durango Thursday night after he apparently failed to negotiate a curve on CR 370, and rolled into a ditch. Ronald Kaluza was the only occupant in the one vehicle accident. It’s unknown whether the crash or a medical condition caused his death as there was minimal damage to the rig. 370 shortly after 8 Thursday evening, about four miles north of El Campo when the accident happened.
