Tracy Edward Hicks Jr., a 26-year-old from Victoria, was arrested on Monday for suspected fraudulent use or possession of less than five pieces of identifying information. He was also charged with violating probation related to a case involving possession of a controlled substance between 1-4 grams. He is currently in Victoria County Jail with a $50,000 bond.
