A guy from Bay City turned himself in on Monday because the police were looking for him in connection to a shooting that hurt another guy last Thursday. They arrested Roscoe Moore III for using a dangerous weapon. The incident happened around 6:30 p.m. on Thursday in Palm Village. The injured man is in stable condition now. Moore is in jail with a $50,000 bond.
