Wharton County residents who received a 23rd District Court jury summons card for Tuesday, Jan. 17th can disregard the notice. The case before District Judge Ben Hardin has been canceled. Residents who have received any other jury summons or jury duty notices are still expected follow instructions unless otherwise told by the assorted courts.
