A mother, Ashley Nicole Olguin, was back in jail after causing her toddler son’s death in a drunk driving crash. She could face up to 20 years in prison if convicted. The incident happened when she was driving intoxicated with her three children in the car. The vehicle went off the road, flipping over and leading to the tragic death of her son Ace Reyes. Olguin was initially arrested after the crash, posted bail, and was released. However, formal charges were recently issued by the Grand Jury. Olguin was arrested again on the same charges and released on a higher bail.
