Edna is gearing up for its annual City Wide Cleanup event on July 13th. The city is inviting residents with pickup trucks and trailers to volunteer. High school athletes will hit the streets in the morning and afternoon to collect junk for those who can’t unload themselves. Put your junk by the road or call for pickup. The cleanup crew will take care of it. It’s free, funded by the local government. Only residents can participate, so bring your ID. Brush, furniture, tires, and more are accepted, but not items like TVs and chemicals.
