El Campo families are gearing up for the annual Spring KidFish at Legacy Pond this Saturday, March 21st. The free event invites children ages two to fifteen for a morning of fishing fun. Registration opens at 7:30 a.m., with lines hitting the water at 8. Kids can borrow poles and bait while supplies last and even snag a free T-shirt. The weigh-in wraps up by 11:15, followed by an awards ceremony at 11:30. It’s all about “casting lines and catching memories” in El Campo this weekend.
