Bay City’s Junior Police Academy wrapped its second successful session on July 23rd, honoring the Class of ’25. The free three-day program gave kids ages 9 to 13 a hands-on look at police work, from teamwork drills to leadership training. Hosted by the Bay City Police Department, the academy helped build stronger bonds between officers and local youth. City staff praised the program’s impact and congratulated the graduates for their energy, curiosity, and dedication to learning what it means to serve their community.
