Three people were arrested last Saturday after a Lavaca County deputy stopped a vehicle near Highways 111 and 77 South for an equipment violation. Deputies say an adult woman had an outstanding felony warrant, leading to a search of the car. Officers found 5.5 grams of meth, 30 Xanax pills, and 17 Trazodone pills hidden inside. The suspects were headed to a child’s birthday party when taken into custody. All three were booked into the Lavaca County Jail.
