A Victoria woman was arrested after a thorough investigation by the Victoria Police Special Crimes Unit. Kristin Ramirez, 32, was taken into custody at a home on Azalea Street. She faces four serious charges related to prostitution, including promoting prostitution of a minor, aggravated promotion involving those under 18, and trafficking a person for sexual activity or profit. Ramirez is currently held at the Victoria County jail with a bond set at $130,500. Authorities say the investigation is ongoing as they continue to gather information
