Bay City Council has locked in vendor contracts to buy road repair materials needed for summer and fall street work. The deals include hot-mix asphalt, limestone, emulsified sealants, and more, all at competitive prices. Supplies will be bought as needed through January of ’26. Public Works Director Gabriel Lopez says this move ensures Bay City can keep roads in shape as traffic and temperatures rise. Multiple Texas vendors were selected to save money and speed up delivery.
