This initiative, which passed with a 6-0 vote, aims to boost both community wellness and city revenue by leveraging insurance reimbursements. Each qualifying visitor’s entry fee is covered by their health plan, and the city receives a reimbursement per visit, creating a no-cost experience for seniors and other eligible members.
