A family dispute in El Campo turned violent on Sue Street, resulting in the stabbing of Raymond Allen Rodriguez Jr. by a teenager. The altercation, which took place around 6 a.m. on Sept. 24, was captured on video and shared on social media. Rodriguez, 51, who was out on bond for multiple family violence charges, was seen attacking an elderly man and a teen before being stabbed. El Campo police are still investigating whether the teen acted in self-defense. Rodriguez remains hospitalized, and the investigation continues.
