Bay City Jr. High is set to bring “Willy Wonka Jr.” to life this November at the Keye Ingram Auditorium. The show opens on Nov. 1st at 6:30 p.m., with additional performances on Nov. 2nd. Directed by Victoria Mitchell, this will be the school’s first musical, featuring 82 students on and off stage. 12-year-old Raya Breeden stars as Willy Wonka, and the production will be the students’ first experience using microphones. Tickets go on sale Oct. 1, available through the school’s website and social media.
