A Victoria woman has been arrested last week after a fatal four-vehicle crash on FM 236, just north of Loop 463. DPS officials report that 35-year-old Brittnie Boyd was speeding southbound when she rear-ended a vehicle being towed. Her car crossed into oncoming traffic, hitting a Chevy Silverado driven by 75-year-old Jose Rodriguez of Victoria. Rodriguez died at the scene. Boyd was hospitalized before being booked into Victoria County Jail, charged with intoxication manslaughter. Her bond is set at $40,000.
