Her husband, Randall Muegge, was driving a Chevrolet Blazer northbound when it crossed the median into oncoming traffic, hitting a Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by Ashley Jett. Both drivers were hospitalized with unknown injuries. The crash remains under investigation as authorities seek to determine the cause.
