Bay City’s Crisis Center received a $10,000 grant from the Astros Foundation and Chick-fil-A’s Bases Loaded campaign. The grant, awarded at a Houston Astros game, was a result of Chick-fil-A Bay City’s strong partnership with the center since opening last November. Owner Nick Burnside advocated for the Crisis Center, praising its positive impact on the local community. The funds will assist with shelter, transportation, and medical needs for their clients. The Crisis Center regularly benefits from Chick-fil-A’s Shared Table program, receiving food donations for those in need.
