A 35-year-old woman and her two-year-old son from Rosharon are safe after a rollover crash on Texas State Highway 35 near the Matagorda County line. The accident occurredThursday morning when she lost control while passing another vehicle. Bay City Volunteer Fire Department rescued them using electric jaws. Both are in stable condition. The highway was temporarily closed for an airlift, but the woman is expected to recover.
