U.S. Rep. Troy Nehls will speak at a Bay City Chamber luncheon on Thursday. Representing Texas’ 22nd Congressional District, Nehls will discuss recent bipartisan bills, including the Save Our Shrimpers Act and Railroad Safety Enhancement Act.
