Bay City ISD is gearing up for a country-themed Community Pep Rally to kick off the new school year. The event will be at Memorial Stadium today with gates opening at 5 p.m. and the rally starting at 6:30. Attendees can enjoy bull riding, inflatables, and poster signings. The first 150 people will receive a ticket for a special Blackcat basket drawing.
