The Victoria City Council will vote on the 2024-’25 Community Development Block Grant action plan today. The city receives an annual grant from HUD and must submit an action plan by August 16th. The over half million dollar grant will fund neighborhood programs, park improvements, and public service projects. The council will also discuss a new tax rate.
