A 22-year-old mother in Bay City faces charges after her toddler was found wandering alone in an apartment complex parking lot Friday morning. Fire Marshal Dan Shook found the unclothed child with sore feet. The child was identified and returned to his mother, Pleasant Byrd. Child Protective Services was notified, and Byrd was arrested for child endangerment. She was released on a $5,000 bond.
