Debris cleanup in El Campo is underway and will take 60 days after Hurricane Beryl’s damage. Ceres Environmental will make three passes through each city quadrant, starting with the northeast. Only natural vegetation will be collected. State roads will be cleared last due to regulations. Volunteers are needed to help trim trees. The city expects to pay $168,758 for cleanup.
