Two customers had a heated dispute over an unsettled debt at the Second Time Around Store in El Campo recently. Jocelyn Yvette Carter, 65, threatened the other customer, prompting a store employee to call the police. Officers arrived quickly, arresting Carter and restoring order in 16 minutes. Carter was taken to Wharton County Jail, posted a $1,500 bond, and was released the next day.
