Victoria City Council is considering a $949,313 contract for New Stout Excavating Group to reconstruct Pleasant Green Drive from Juan Linn Street to Port Lavaca Drive. The project includes subgrade stabilization, a new base, seal coat, and hot-mix overlay, while keeping the road two lanes with new striping. Additionally, new PVC water lines will replace existing ones.
