Rhylee Trotter, a Bay City High School student, is set to shine at the Miss Texas Teen USA pageant, aiming for a spot in Miss Teen USA. Competing on June 23rd in Houston, she’ll be judged on her personality and poise among 56 hopefuls. Active in cheerleading and soccer, Rhylee plans to become a nurse after graduation.
