A former U.S. Marine was arrested in Bay City on Wednesday after police intercepted a package containing an illegal weapon part. Dustin Fehmel, 36, was taken into custody at his home around 12:14 p.m. The package, which could convert a semi-automatic gun to fully automatic, was flagged by Homeland Security. Fehmel is now in jail with a $75,000 bond
