In Edna, 17-year-old Kade Rodas, a 2023 first-team all-district football player, was arrested Monday for stalking. He was released on a $25,000 bond on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Victoria Police arrested a 20-year-old woman on Tuesday. Madalyn Salinas is charged with eight crimes, including stealing a gun and dealing drugs. She is currently in Victoria County Jail with a bond set at $52,700.
