19-year-old Bryleigh Almanzar, a Victoria woman, is in legal trouble. First, she’s charged with engaging in organized criminal activity in Jackson County. Now, she faces additional charges in DeWitt County, including tampering with physical evidence and unauthorized use of a vehicle.
