In Bay City, police are investigating a shooting that occurred on the evening of May 23rd at Palm Village Apartments. Witnesses saw a black sedan leaving the scene, but fortunately, no one was hurt. Surveillance footage later revealed two men returning fire after being shot at in the parking lot, causing panic among bystanders, including children. Detectives are seeking any additional information from the public.
