Residents of Wharton County’s Precinct 3 will vote in a runoff election starting Monday. The ballot asks if they want incumbent Steven Goetsch or challenger Scott Strnadel as their commissioner. In the March primary, Goetsch led, but without a majority, Strnadel earned a runoff spot. Early voting runs May 20-24, with the election on May 28th.
