In El Campo, a tracking device meant for a young offender was found detached and abandoned. Police are now searching for the teen who slipped away from their electronic monitor. The device was discovered at a local Chicken Express and traced back to the Texas Juvenile Detention Center. Now, they’re trying to identify whose leg it belonged to.
