Bay City PD shared on social media that last weekend, folks gathered at the Texas Peace Officers’ Memorial to honor Juan Delgado. Governor Greg Abbott personally spoke with and comforted each family. Delgado’s name will forever be remembered on the memorial. 37 fallen officers were honored in total.
