Early Sunday morning, a serious boat crash at Bragg’s Cut in Matagorda sent one man to the hospital. Samuel Stancliff, 60, was hurt when his pleasure boat hit a fishing boat on the Colorado River. He ended up with a broken pelvis and leg, plus a cut arm. The Texas Game Warden and local emergency teams were quick to get there. It looks like someone didn’t follow the water rules.
