An energy company in Matagorda County is set to buy the former Bay City Tribune building. RWE’s Senior Communications Manager, Kellie Woods, said they plan to renovate it for 20 new full-time employees. The company already operates Peyton Creek I wind farm in the county. With 33 projects in Texas, RWE is expanding, but they face challenges with Bay City’s Airport Zoning Ordinance.
