Bay City’s only public pool is set for a $275,000 makeover before summer. The renovations will allow local swim teams to practice there. The city council has approved the quote from Progressive Commercial Aquatics, a leading company in the field. The Hilliard Pool will be rehabilitated, including the addition of swim lanes for the Aquacats. The work is expected to take one to two months.
