Victoria’s got a new Parks & Rec director, Lisa Wube, starting April 29th. She’s all about community engagement through fun programs, saying they’re for everyone to bond and find lifelong hobbies. Wube’s got experience in similar roles in other cities and even played college Division I basketball.
